A Little Info About Jaci Tidmarsh
Licensed as a Realtor since 2006, I have had the privilege of helping families throughout the Central Valley navigate one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives, buying or selling a home. I believe real estate is more than transactions. It is about people, relationships, and creating a place to truly call home.
In 2025, I joined Rand Commercial & Residential Properties as their Director of Residential Sales, where I continue my commitment to guiding clients with care, integrity, and expertise. Over the years, I have built my business almost entirely through referrals from friends, past clients, and their families. That is the part I love most. Real estate is personal, and I consider it an honor to be trusted with such an important chapter in someone’s life.
Beyond real estate, I am proud to serve on the board of Ice Cream Company, a non-profit social enterprise of Enrich and Employ. Enrich and Employ is dedicated to removing barriers to employment by offering job skills training in a fully functioning restaurant. Through Ice Cream Company, which has been part of Modesto’s Century Center for more than forty years, individuals with special needs, those rebuilding their lives after recovery, and English language learners gain real work experience they can add to their resumes. For me, this work is about more than ice cream. It is about strengthening our community, one opportunity at a time.
God has blessed me with two wonderful kids and watching them grow into the adults they are today has been one of my greatest joys. As a family, we share a love for the mountains, time together in our church community, and serving others both locally and abroad. Each year, we dedicate a week to Rancho Santa Marta in Mexico, a Christian orphanage and school that holds a special place in our hearts. These experiences remind me that life is about more than business. It is about faith, family, and using our gifts to serve others.
